1. Delivery Method
Upon successful completion of your purchase via Razorpay or any other integrated payment gateway, you will receive instant digital access to your enrolled course(s) through your personal Eagle Achievers dashboard. No physical delivery is required or applicable.
2. Delivery Timeline
Digital access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation. In the rare event of a technical delay, access will be granted within 1-2 business hours. Should you experience any issues beyond this window, we encourage you to reach out to our support team promptly.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Once your purchase is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary and enrollment details, along with full access to your purchased course(s) via your account at eagleachievers.in.
You may log in to your dashboard at any time to access your courses at your convenience.
4. Non-Delivery and Access Issues
If you have completed a successful payment but have not received course access, please contact our support team with your payment reference details. We are committed to resolving all access and delivery-related concerns within 24-48 business hours.
